For more information, visit www.astey.in. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Rajsamand, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Grit Plant Operator will oversee daily production operations at the grit plant, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, monitoring production processes, ensuring process efficiency, and conducting routine inspections. The operator will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing basic repairs, and reporting any mechanical failures. Qualifications Proficiency in operating and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues and perform basic repairs. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred. Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, with availability for on-site tasks in Rajsamand. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in a related field are considered an advantage.
