Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operator to join our team at Danopharm Chemicals, with 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Operate and maintain plant equipment for efficient production.
Monitor and control chemical processes to meet quality standards.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform routine repairs and maintenance.
Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Work closely with the quality control team to ensure product quality.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant operations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Proven experience as a Plant Operator in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of chemical processes and plant operations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control procedures.
