We are looking for :

Experience in processing Secondary Lead Smelting, Refining & Alloying of RMLBlocks

and production of alloys that are used in VRLA Batteries,& Battery Breaking in Manual & Hydro

Gravity Methods on Auto machines.

Job Responsibilities include:

 Production planning and monitored regularly. Required quantity produced as per Released Plan

 Monitoring of processes for smooth running.

 In consultation with the purchasing department, ensure that raw materials, spare components of

equipment, and general items are purchased and received in time.

 To follow up a preventive maintenance schedule. To ensure that the machines, tools, and

surrounding work areas are well maintained.

Achievements:

 Reduced the dross generation & conversion cost.

 Production of Special alloys like High Antimony Lead, Tin Alloys, High Tin Low Calcium

Alloys, and Tin Selenium alloys.

 Reduced the furnace oil consumption.

SPECIALITIES:

*Battery crushing - Paste desulphurization - Sodium Sulphate crystallization

* Well experienced in Rotary furnace (5-ton to 10-ton capacity per batch) operator works.

(Furnace oil, Pet coke powder burner types)

* Lead Alloys (Antimony, Selenium, and Calcium & Tin) production with exact specifications.

* Pure Lead (min 99.985 %) production with exact specification.

* Spectrometer operating works (Optical emission, Spark emission & Atomic absorption).

* Lab safety standards and follow-up 5S system.

* Overall Plant Operation & Management (Recycling).

* Overall supervising of all sections and getting good training in

operating all machines and furnaces
