Plant Manager

As a Plant Head at the pulp molding disposable tableware manufacturing unit in Greater Noida, you will be responsible for leading the operations to ensure efficiency, quality control, and cost optimization. Your hands-on approach, strong production, and team management skills will play a crucial role in driving operational success. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, and quality control. - Set and achieve shift-wise production targets while optimizing machine output and efficiency. - Monitor and reduce daily rejections and utility consumption such as power, briquettes, and water. - Provide leadership and guidance to production supervisors, operators, and maintenance staff. - Utilize data and dashboards for performance analysis and implementation of process improvements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. - Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in pulp molding, packaging, or FMCG sectors. - Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ERP systems.
