About the Role

We are setting up a modern Mustard Oil Extraction Plant (Kachi Ghani & Expeller) and looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations, ensure consistent quality, and handle technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily plant operations (Kachi Ghani & Expeller).

Ensure quality mustard seeds are used and oil is produced with the right pungency, aroma, and standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical breakdowns efficiently.

Monitor oil yield and optimize processes to reduce wastage.

Maintain quality, safety, and hygiene standards as per FSSAI.

Lead and train the operations team.

Who Were Looking For

7+ years of hands-on experience in mustard oil plants (Kachi Ghani & Expeller).

Strong knowledge of seed quality, oil pungency, and process efficiency.

Proven ability to handle plant breakdowns independently.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or similar.
