Qualifying Criteria for Stores In-Charge / Jr. Plant & Machinery Supervisor– Geotechnical Investigation

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil / Logistics / Industrial Management
• ITI or (Fitter / Mechanic, Truck Garage Mechanics) with relevant experience can also be considered for field-oriented roles.
• MUST HAVE INFORMATION ON DIESEL ENIGNE, GEAR BOX SPARES , TRANSIT MIXER, DRILLING RIGS, HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENTS AND OTHER INVENTORY.
• REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OF SPARE PARTS, ENGINES, MACHINES, HYDRAULIC PUMPS, RIGS etc.
• Basic computer literacy is mandatory (MS Excel, email, PDF handling)

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in:
• Handling drilling rigs and accessories (preferred)
• Drilling equipment:
• SPT kits, core barrels, rods, casings, bentonite, pumps, etc.

· Working with Plant & Machinery spares/logistics

· P&M parts: Diesel engine, Compressor, Rig Spares, Lubricant,

· Consumables: Grease, oil, diesel, toolkits, lifting tools, tarpaulins

· Knowledge of Diesel Engine Repair , Gear Box Repair, Motor Repair, Fabrication work, Welding

· Repair & Maintenance work

Inventory Management Skills

• Experience maintaining:
• Stock registers (manual or digital)
• Material issue/return slips

Gate pass/inward-outward entries

Soft Skills & Behaviour

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
• Good communication and coordination with field/site teams
• Accountable and reliable – tracks high-value tools and usage
• Can work independently with minimal supervision

Physically fit to handle equipment and conduct stock checks in yards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Taloje, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
