Plant Lead

Position: - Plant Head

Location: - Dasna, Ghaziabad

Experience: - 5-12 year

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the plant

2. Monitor production output, quality, and resource utilization.

3. Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications

4. Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials

5. Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and industry norms

6. Lead, mentor, and motivate the production and support teams

7. Prepare and manage plant operational budgets.

8. Prepare and submit regular production and performance reports to management.

9. Implement and monitor quality control procedures

10. Collaborate with senior management for strategic planning and decision-making

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

2. Minimum 6-12 years of experience in fabrication/manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

3. Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, bending, assembly, and related fabrication processes.

4. Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, bending, assembly, and related fabrication processes.

5. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and production management tools.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
