Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee plant-level IT operations and infrastructure with 24/7 availability.
Manage plant-specific applications including Sales and Aftermarket platforms.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory norms.
Collaborate with central IT on global standards and best practices.
Lead digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives at the plant.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement.
Provide end-user training and support to enhance digital adoption.
Identify and implement technology-driven process improvements

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Plant Operation Management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
Ability to work independently and in co-ordination with Corporate team
Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solving
