The ideal candidate will be responsible for hardware and software maintenance, user setup, server & cloud optimization, software tools, surveillance systems, and technical coordination for various business functions. This role requires hands-on experience, problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: Hardware & Software Management Handle the procurement and maintenance of laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Prepare and configure systems for new joiners (laptops, email setup, required software). Install and update software applications across all devices in a timely manner. Maintain inventory and service records for all technical assets. IT Systems & Server Oversight Manage and monitor all email systems, access controls, and user configurations. Suggest and implement infrastructure optimizations (e.g., physical vs. cloud-based servers). Ensure smooth email forwarding and routing (e.g., Inova to ESSON).
