IT Support Executive

• Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, network, email, and software-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT queries raised by employees through tickets, calls, or emails.
• Monitor and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure (internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.).
• Ensure proper functioning and security of servers, firewalls, and network equipment.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access controls.
• Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, etc.).
• Track and manage software licenses, renewals, and compliance.
• Implement and monitor security measures (antivirus, firewall, data protection tools).
• Ensure regular backups and recovery processes are in place.
• Educate employees on IT security best practices.
• Prepare reports on recurring IT issues and recommend improvements.
• Assist in periodic IT audits and compliance checks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, MS Office, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
