IT Support Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and network setups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware.
• Manage system updates, backups, and ensure data security.
• Set up, configure, and maintain office communication systems, including EPABX and CCTV.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation across all IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software installations.
• Familiarity with EPABX systems, CCTV setup, and other office technology is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
