Client-Adani RMC    Job Description-Designation Wise   § 1.Plant Quality Head/ In- charge- Responsible to manage overall plant, production Quality assurance, manage stake holders and documentations.   § 2. Plant In charge- Responsible for taking care whole plant, manpower of the plant, attendance, invoice etc.     § 3.Batcher- Responsible for plant maintenance, the plant is running efficiently with on time delivery, coordinating with the plant team and clients. Maintenance tasks include daily mixer cleaning photos, and monthly calibration scale check records. 4. Lab Technician- Responsibility of incoming raw materials quality through timely testing and accurate reporting. The materials must be inspected according to the Standard Quality Plan and Standard Field Quality Plans at plant and field   § 5. Field Technician- Responsible for checking dispatched concrete slumps, mixing, and coordinating with TM drivers for timely delivery. Proper concrete sampling is ensured at plants and sites for testing and cube casting. The lab area and equipment are kept clean and well-maintained.   § 6. Plant Helper- Coordinate with batcher and plant team for plant production maintenance, including daily housekeeping, plant upkeep, water sprinkling, and participating in routine maintenance activities.   §  6. CRO (Customer Relationship Officer)- Managing concrete placement, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with customers for daily concrete requirements, ensuring timely invoice submission, managing minor issues at the plant and site, and aligning production output based on demand     § 7. FSE (Field Sales Executive)- Lead Generation and Sales, Client Relationship Management, Sales Target Achievement, Product Knowledge and Presentation, Market Research and Analysis, Negotiation and Closing Customer Service.
