Job Description

·       Field Sales Executive (FSE):- o  KPI §  Sales Volume (m3) §  DSO (days)/ OD / PBDD §  C2 (rs/m3) §  No of new cutomer addition  §  VAS/ ECOMAX sales (%) o  Critical tasks § Accountable for ensuring the health and safety of oneself, colleagues, vendor partners by complying with the company policies, procedures guidelines, rules and regulations of occupational health and safety at work. § Optimum price management through price rule book. § Responsible for achieving targets in terms of monthly volume, new customer addition, VAS, ECOMaxX sales, collection etc. § Nos. of new cutomer addition and % volume of total volume § Gather and timely report on market intelligence (won, lost, price movement, competitor activity). § Provide sales report, maintain MIS, and control movement on working/market and buying platform. § Number of visits/ days, No. of quotations /day. § Maintain daily sales tracker.
