Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our ISP team. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting internet services, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups. Promote and sell internet broadband, leased line, and enterprise connectivity solutions to residential and business customers. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure revenue growth. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate plans, packages, or customized solutions. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients. Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure timely service delivery. Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in field sales, telecom, or ISP industry preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Good knowledge of internet/telecom products and services is an advantage. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
