As an experienced candidate with 5-7 years of experience in a production & manufacturing environment, along with managerial experience, the role based in Bangalore requires you to take care of the day-to-day operations of the factory. This includes overseeing orders processing, purchasing, and supporting manufacturing functions such as engineering, planning, maintenance, fabrication, assembly, and safety. Previous experience working in an ISO environment will be advantageous for this role. Your role will involve demonstrating strong leadership skills, independent thinking, excellent organizational and planning abilities, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Managing the workforce effectively to achieve the desired output is a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be expected to generate Management Information System (MIS) reports using Excel for the senior management.
