Job Description

Qualification- Graduation in Chemical field (B.SC) Experience- Minimum 7 years in cosmetics line MALE Candidate required KEY Responsibilities:- Production and Operations: Direct and coordinate daily operations, including production, manufacturing, and maintenance, to meet production targets and quality standards. Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and implement strategies for continuous improvement in product quality. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, ensure a safe working environment, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations. Team Management: Supervise and manage plant staff, including hiring, training, and performance management, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Cost Management: Monitor production costs, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and manage the plant budget effectively.
