Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Overseeing the entire production process, from raw materials to finished goods, to ensure targets are met efficiently and according to quality standards. Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining quality control systems to meet customer requirements and industry standards. Safety & Compliance: Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards. Cost Control: Managing the plant's budget, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Maintenance & Engineering: Overseeing maintenance activities, including preventative and predictive maintenance, to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability. Team Leadership & Development: Leading, mentoring, and developing plant staff, including supervisors and managers. Continuous Improvement: Driving initiatives to improve production processes, efficiency, and overall plant performance. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve the plant's objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company. Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with other departments (e.g., sales, finance, procurement) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
