Job Summary:

Plant Heads

Note:

Key Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for
production planning, output and efficiency
Manage
logistics, dispatch and inventory coordination
Oversee
preventive and breakdown maintenance
of machines and utilities
Ensure
QC / QA systems
and adherence to quality standards
Ensure compliance with
Factory Act, Pollution Control, Fire & Safety, Labour laws, ISO
Liaison with
government and regulatory authorities
Control
fixed and variable manufacturing costs
Lead workforce planning, deployment and productivity
Prepare and present
MIS and plant performance reports

Candidate Profile:

Engineering graduate (Chemical / Mechanical preferred)
15+ years of experience in
manufacturing / process-based plants
Strong exposure to
chemical / coatings / process industries
Proven experience managing
production, maintenance, QC and compliances
Hands-on leader with experience managing
large workforce and complex operations

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering
(Highly Preferred)
B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
(Acceptable)
Postgraduate qualifications in
Operations / Industrial Management
will be an added advantage
