Job Description

Supervise daily plant operations, including production schedules, inventory, and workflow, to meet targets.
Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff, conducting performance reviews and ensuring safety compliance. Manage budgets, optimize resources, and implement cost-saving measures to enhance profitability. Coordinate with departments for maintenance, quality control, and supply chain integration. Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, production yield) and prepare reports for senior management. Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and drive sustainability initiatives. Handle crisis management, such as equipment failures or supply disruptions. Collaborate with R&D for process improvements and new product launches.
