Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Head - Fasteners at RANI ELECTRODES LIMITED. The position is based at our facility in Palwal. The Plant Head will oversee plant operations, manage production processes, optimize production plans, ensure high-quality output, and manage budgets effectively. Responsibilities will include coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless operations and maintaining compliance with all safety and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Plant Operations and Production Management with a focus on efficiency and productivity
• Strong skills in Production Planning to ensure smooth workflow and resource management
• Thorough understanding of Quality Control to maintain high standards in fastener manufacturing
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control for effective financial management
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in the fastener manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred
