Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Head - Fasteners at RANI ELECTRODES LIMITED. The position is based at our facility in Palwal. The Plant Head will oversee plant operations, manage production processes, optimize production plans, ensure high-quality output, and manage budgets effectively. Responsibilities will include coordinating with multiple teams to ensure seamless operations and maintaining compliance with all safety and industry regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in Plant Operations and Production Management with a focus on efficiency and productivity Strong skills in Production Planning to ensure smooth workflow and resource management Thorough understanding of Quality Control to maintain high standards in fastener manufacturing Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control for effective financial management Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus Experience in the fastener manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred
