Job Description

Looking for a seasoned HR Leader (18+ years of experience) to head the HR function at a manufacturing plant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end HR strategy, covering white-collar & blue-collar workforce.
Drive Industrial Relations, compliance, and wage settlements.
Oversee plant-level HR operations: canteen, security, transportation, guest house.
Manage talent acquisition to support plant expansion.
Liaison with local authorities for licenses & statutory clearances.
Partner with Plant Head & Corporate HR on strategic initiatives.

Ideal Profile:

Full-time MBA/MSW/PGDBM in HR.
18+ years//' HR experience in reputed manufacturing plants.
Strong IR and compliance expertise.
Stable career background (not frequent job hoppers).
Preferably from Madhya Pradesh/Indore region, or willing to relocate with strong local know-how.
