Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide expedited administrative and office support to coordinate between different departments - both internally and externally. Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality with all information learnt while working with the directors. The most important responsibility is to ensure the fulfillment of Director's daily responsibilities. Assisting them in daily tasks, which may be managerial or analytical in nature. Assisting the Directors for seamless working during meetings and exhibitions. Recruit, Train and onboard new employees. Perform routine safety check on equipment. Candidates Requirements: Prior Experience of at least 3 years in administration and managing plant operations. Good communication skills (English & Hindi) - both written and oral Strong time-management and analytical skills with an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects Detail oriented, extremely energetic and passionate about meeting timelines Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and everyday challenges. Ability to handle a large team. Strong leadership attributes.
