Position : Plant Head

Exp : 10+ years

Location : Coimbatore.

• Manage day-to-day plant operations including production planning, maintenance, quality control, and resource allocation.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet volume, cost, and quality targets .
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and actively address deviations.
• Enforce and promote adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Lead process improvement initiatives leveraging Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, or other lean methodologies
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor plant supervisors and personnel.
• Develop and manage operational budgets; optimize cost through resource planning and efficiency.
• Track key metrics (e.g., OEE, man-hour costs, production yield) and initiate corrective actions engineer
• Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, quality, engineering, and R&D teams.
• Present regular operational performance updates and improvement proposals to senior management Indeed.
• Ensure uptime via preventive maintenance and timely troubleshooting engineer
• Monitor customer feedback; respond promptly to issues like defects or delays.
