Are you passionate about project controls and helping teams stay on track with complex project timelines? We are looking for a Planning, Scheduling & Delay Analysis Professional to join our dynamic team and support high-impact projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Perform detailed delay analysis using various methods such as Time impact analysis, Window analysis, As-Planned vs As-Built analysis, Collapsed As-Built analysis etc.
• Prepare extension of time (EOT) claims and related documentation
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure accurate scheduling and reporting
• Identify risks and critical paths, and propose mitigation strategies

✅ Requirements:

• Hands on experience in planning/scheduling and delay analysis
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Solid understanding of WBS, construction methodologies and project lifecycles
• Experience with EOT claims, delay impact assessments, and contractual implications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent. Certificate course/ PGDM in Construction Planning/Construction Management/Project Planning/Project Management and like will be added advantage

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of FIDIC or other standard forms of contract
• Experience in arbitration/litigation support
