Hiring Planning Professional for Real Estate Developer @ BKC (HO)

Location:

IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED/Candidates who can join in 15 -20 days may preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee all aspects of interior turnkey projects, including design, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
Develop project timelines and ensure that they are adhered to.
Manage project budgets and ensure that they are on track and within budget.
Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that project is smoothly running.
Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure that project deliverables are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard.
Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
