Job Description

As a Data Analyst at JLL, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting the monitoring of construction projects across APAC and EMEA for a finance client. Your key responsibilities will include: - Data Capture / Validation: - Collect, validate, and organize data from approved sources, ensuring compliance and completeness. - Clean and structure data for analysis purposes. - Data Analysis & Reporting: - Analyze and interpret projects data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. - Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and governance metrics. - Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior leadership. - Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: - Review project documentation to identify key issues and develop practical solutions. - Evaluate project requirements, diagnose problems, and collaborate on mitigation plans. - Stakeholder Communication & Project Meetings: - Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders. - Serve as a key point of contact for project governance and planning support. - Continuous Development: - Propose optimization of reporting processes. - Stay updated on new technologies and techniques for reporting quality.
