1) He will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and review of progress of projects
2) His role involves coordinating with site execution team, monitoring progress, ensuring resources, allocation, conducting review.
3) He should have strong analytical skills, deep understanding of project management principles.
4) He should be able to develop comprehensive project plans by deciding key milestones, resources, requirements, machinery, outputs and their proper utilization.
5) He should be able to coordinate with project managers, Engineers to ensure accurate and realistic project schedules.
6) He should be able to identify the risk and challenges in execution of the projects and should be able to strategies solutions to mitigate them.
7) He should be able to reschedule project activities, ensuring sufficient allocation of resources such as manpower equipment and materials.
8) He should be able to monitor and adjust project schedules to accommodate changes in project scope and enforcing delays.
9) He should be able to conduct regular review meetings of project team ensuring that all activities aligned with the project plan and improvement, implementation, corrective actions needed.
10) He should have good communication skill to tackle issues like change of scope of work, time required to accommodate changes and engaging resources accordingly.
11) He should able to prepare budget and cost control.
12) He should be having proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, Ms-Project and other relevant tools.
