Billing Manager

Position:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and certify contractor and subcontractor bills as per contract terms.
• Check measurements, quantities, and rate analysis for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with

  contract conditions, BOQ, and project specifications

  .
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Contractors for billing-related matters.
• Prepare client bills, variation/extra item bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Monitor project cash flow and support management in cost control.
• Maintain billing records, certification documents, and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of running & final bills.

Candidate Profile:

• Civil Engineer (Diploma / Degree) with 812 years of experience in

  Billing & Contracts

  in Real Estate / Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of

  BOQ, RA Bills, Final Bills, Reconciliation & Contract Clauses

  .
• Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects preferred.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software

  .
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
