Role & responsibilities Position Title : In Bound Logistics Planning Manager DESCRIPTION OF TASKS Daily Operations Co-ordinate with Logistics Service Provider (LSP) for daily pickups • Confirm & update pickup plan vs actual to Supplier Manager Coordinate with Supplier Manager and LSP for premium pickups Co-ordinate with IPL for gate entry, unloading & loading of material Co-ordinate with IPL dispatch team for KTO & rejection dispatches Update & share reports : Manifest, cross dock stock report, premium shipment request. Attend LFAM, confirm next day collection and discuss with Supplier managers in case of deviations Analyze loading matrix standard adherence and report Analyze deviations in KPI (Overspeed, unscheduled stoppages, night driving) and plan containment action with LSPs Verification of LR & Trip sheet for billing Planning Monthly network plan Pickup up calendar preparation and alignment Update of collection date and time in SAP Update of Cross dock master, Vendor master- Route code master in SAP Update & maintain of BoM & Packaging details for part list preparation Verification of bills, SAP entry & submission to finance. Weekly KPI report preparation & reporting Strengthen loading matrix comparing Plan vs Actual Analyze Plan vs Actual transportation cost Analyze Window time delay. Discuss with stake holders for improvement plan Strengthen process & training manuals Coordinate with packaging for efficiency improvements
