Job Description Site Planning Engineer / Construction Planning Engineer
Experience: 8–12 Years
Function: Projects / Construction Planning
Location: Numaligarh, Assam, Site
Role Purpose - To support effective project execution through robust construction planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting, while providing strong planning inputs based on on-ground site realities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, update, and monitor Construction Project Management Schedules (PMS).
2. Prepare manpower deployment plans based on productivity norms, in coordination with Construction Leads.
3. Provide construction-specific inputs to the Project Planner for accurate project schedule updates.
4. Prepare and maintain construction-related reports using advanced MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Provide construction inputs for Project Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs).
6. Support preparation of construction updates for client and senior management monthly reviews.
7. Participate in client review meetings and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) / Record Notes of Discussion within 1 working day.
8. Submit daily client progress reports, capturing actual progress, hindrances, delays, and constraints.
9. Circulate construction backlog reports with gap analysis, highlighting constraints, risks, and dependencies; prepare catch-up and look-ahead plans.
10. Participate in cross-functional project reviews and proactively highlight key construction issues and constraints.
11. Monitor, analyze, and maintain a site productivity database, tracking achieved productivity against norms.

4. Good stakeholder coordination with construction, planning, and project teams

Exposure to planning tools (Primavera / MS Project) – preferred
