Planning Executive

Roles and Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress using MS Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint. Coordinate with site teams to ensure accurate data collection for report preparation. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and identify potential issues. Provide technical support to the team by sharing knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards. Prepare and update Master schedule and detailed Integrated schedule, for the project in MSP or Excel Monitoring and Controlling of Project schedule Daily Follow-up with Vendor for Work Progress Preparing MOMs of meeting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Desired Candidate Profile Work experience of 2 to 3 years with a Real Estate Developer. Experience at a construction site for any project and understand its life cycle. Trained in planning, and construction supervision. Knowledge in software like MS Project Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel Report Preparation, MS Office Word, and PowerPoint Presentation.
