Join our dynamic team as a Civil Planning Engineer, where you will play a critical role in planning and overseeing civil engineering projects within the residential, real estate, and industrial sectors. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient and effective execution of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives, while optimizing resource allocation and timelines.
• Feasibility Analysis: Conduct detailed feasibility studies to evaluate the technical and financial aspects of potential projects, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Design Coordination: Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure that engineering plans are practical, cost-effective, and meet regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant industry codes, regulations, and quality standards, maintaining high standards of project delivery.
• Software Proficiency: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in civil planning within the residential, real estate, or industrial sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field. A relevant master's degree is an advantage.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
