Job Description

  • Job Title: Planning Engineer

  • Department/Function: PMG

  • Reports To:

    Manager Planning

  • Education: B.E. Civil / M.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5+ years for B.E/M.E Civil and 10+ years for Diploma Civil.
    • Must have completed at least 2 projects, including 1 in building construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor project completion schedules with quantity bifurcation.
  • Develop and track resource planning for projects.
  • Prepare pour planning for concrete works.
  • Obtain approval of project baseline schedules.
  • Prepare and monitor site mobilization schedules.
  • Track monthly bifurcation of quantities (Plan vs Actual).
  • Review feasibility plans with documented assumptions.
  • Prepare and track weekly & monthly manpower planning.
  • Compile client review meeting data, prepare MOMs, and ensure follow-up actions.
  • Conduct Project Review Meetings (PRMs).
  • Prepare delay analysis reports and address open communications.
  • Maintain and update EOT & claims tracker.
  • Assist in preparation of project budgets.
