About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update

  L4-level project schedules

  using

  Primavera P6 / MS Project

  .
• Prepare and share:
• Weekly and monthly progress reports
• 3-month look-ahead schedules
• Cash flow and finance tracking reports
• Material delivery and procurement schedules
• Coordinate across all functional areas:

  Civil, MEP, Interiors, Landscape, IT

  .
• Lead and document planning coordination meetings and ensure follow-ups are actioned.
• Monitor site progress, identify delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain and update

  risk registers

  in line with project priorities.
• Ensure timely project delivery as per contractual and internal milestones.
• Assist in preparation of delay analysis and EOT documentation when necessary.
