Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules (MS Project / Primavera / Excel).
Coordinate between design, procurement, execution, and site teams for smooth workflow.
Track project progress, identify delays/risks, and propose mitigation plans.
Maintain material delivery schedules and ensure timely procurement & dispatch.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and clients.
Attend client/consultant meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Ensure alignment between project deadlines, budgets, and resources.
Support site team in resolving planning-related issues.
Liaise with subcontractors/vendors for timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
Understanding of faade, glazing, cladding, or construction projects.
Ability to prepare dashboards, MIS, and project tracking reports.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (added advantage).

Education & Experience

B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
2-6 years of experience in planning & coordination (faade/construction industry preferred).
Freshers with strong planning skills and relevant software knowledge may also be considered.
