Job Description

Prepare design, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings for unitized, semi-unitized, windows, louvers, fins, dry cladding, ACP, HPL, Solid sheets, Railing and skylight systems.
Review architectural & structural drawings and provide feasible faade solutions.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and site teams for design approvals and execution support.
Perform material take-offs, BOQ preparation, and technical submittals.
Develop 2D/3D faade models (AutoCAD essential; Revit/3D tools preferred).
Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, international faade standards, and safety practices.
Support value engineering initiatives for cost and performance optimization.
Provide technical support during mock-up testing and site installation.
