Position Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using

  Primavera P6 / MS Project

  .
• Establish and control baseline schedules covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, and offshore installation.
• Track progress, analyze variances, and recommend recovery actions for schedule and cost deviations.
• Prepare

  weekly/monthly progress and cost reports

  for management review.
• Support project budgeting, cost forecasting, and cash flow preparation.
• Evaluate scope changes, maintain risk registers, and assist in change management and claims.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and offshore sites for accurate progress data.
• Provide inputs to project dashboards and management presentations.

Technical Competencies:

• Expertise in

  Primavera P6

  ,

  MS Project

  , and

  MS Excel

• Knowledge of

  cost control, earned value management, and risk analysis

• Familiar with industry standards (API, ISO, DNV).
