E - Civil/ Mechanical Industry Prefernce : Oil & Gas marine/ offshore/ onshore/ Subsea/ Crosscountry Job Responsibilities: Project Planning & Control: Develop project schedules, track progress, and analyze deviations. Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and manage client invoices and subcontractor billing as per contract terms. Contract Management: Review contracts, track variations, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with site teams, clients, and internal departments for seamless execution. MIS & Documentation: Maintain project reports, payment records, and ensure proper documentation. Essential Skills: Experience in project planning & Billing. Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / ERP systems. Strong analytical and communication skills.
