Planning And Procurement Manager
Job Description

A Planning and Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement process and ensuring efficient planning for organizational needs. Typical responsibilities include:

Planning and implementing:
Developing and executing procurement strategies.
Managing relationships:
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Negotiating:
Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals.
Managing purchase orders:
Overseeing purchase orders from initiation to completion.
Forecasting needs:
Collaborating with supervisors and department heads to understand company requirements.
Communicating:
Coordinating with relevant departments to align delivery schedules.
Vendor development:
Identifying and developing reliable vendors.

Additional Skills and Responsibilities

Research:
Strong research abilities.
Analytical skills:
Proficiency in data analysis.
Inventory management:
Experience with inventory management software.
