Job Description

As a member of the Finance Team within our global energy business, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of light, heat, and mobility to millions of people every day. We are seeking a skilled and analytical Supply, Demand & DRP Planner to manage comprehensive planning activities across the supply chain. In this role, you will be responsible for creating short- and long-term plans at the item/location level to optimize stock movements across the distribution network. Your analytical support to the planning process will ensure accurate information is provided to business customers and support teams. Collaborating with various teams, you will create feasible shipping plans to maximize stock availability and minimize obsolescence. Managing planning processes for your portfolio, you will strive to meet customer demand and operational targets while improving sales volumes through continuous improvement plans. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end planning including demand forecasting, supply planning, and distribution requirements planning. - Analyze consumption trends and historical data to determine procurement needs and production volumes. - Develop finished goods plans aligned with sales forecasts and manufacturing capabilities. - Collaborate with cross-functional collaborators including Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance. - Supervise and improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and distribution efficiency. - Leverage ERP systems to manage planning data and support decision-making. - Continuously improve planning processes and tools to enhance supply chain responsiveness. - Support Team Leader with daily operational coordination and process optimization initiatives. - Act upon escalations and potential shortages, working directly with collaborators to meet targets. - Share good practice and findings with the wider team to ensure standardization in processes. - Contribute positively to achieving individual, team, and interpersonal targets. Previous Experience: - Highly analytical, numerate with a strong attention to detail. - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in planning roles. - Expertise in raw material planning, manufacturing planning, demand forecasting, and DRP. - Proficiency in ERP systems. - Strong communication and collaborator leadership skills. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with diverse teams across different geographies. This role offers negligible travel requirements, relocation assistance within the country, and a hybrid office/remote working arrangement. If selected, adherence to local policies, including background checks, may be required for employment.,
