We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Placement Executive/Officer for Training and Placement Department to join our esteemed Mangalayatan University. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for facilitating the placement process of our students, ensuring that they are well-equipped to secure roles that align with their skills and aspirations. The Placement Executive/Placement Officer/Placement Executive will work closely with academic teams, industry partners, and students to maintain a robust network of employer relationships and to identify emerging job opportunities. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can passionately represent both the organization and its students in a competitive job market. The successful candidate will also be tasked with developing and implementing innovative placement strategies, contributing to workshops and seminars for career readiness, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of placement initiatives. Your efforts will directly impact our students' success in launching their careers, and you will play a vital role in enhancing our institution's reputation as a leader in education and student outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Must

  have prior proven Training and Placements Experiences of the students of Technical (Engineering) & Pharmacy background.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers and industry partners
• Organize and participate in campus recruitment drives and job fairs.
• Provide guidance and support to students in resume writing, interview preparation, and job search

Strategies.

• Coordinate placement-related workshops and training sessions for students.
• Monitor and report on placement statistics and trends to enhance program effectiveness
• Assist students in the application process for internships and job placements.
• Maintain accurate records of student placements and employer feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must Have proven record of Placement's Experience of minimum 5 Years in any Institutions/University of repute.
• Must Have experience in placements of Candidates of Technical Background ( e.g. Engineering Candidates )
• Very Good in Corporate Relations.
• Very Good in Communications Skills
• Provide necessary training to the candidates making them ready to be successful in placements drive.
