Placement Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, facilitating the placement of NIIT students into professional practice and full-time job roles. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between education and industry, ensuring students are well-placed within leading companies. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients. - Act as the primary point of contact for organizations seeking to hire NIIT students. - Engage in sales and marketing efforts to promote NIIT's offerings. - Organize placement drives, match student profiles to job descriptions, and provide guidance to students. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT roles and the technology sector. - Willingness to travel to meet clients, arrange placement drives, and represent NIIT at external events and job fairs. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment or placement. - Strong selling and presentation skills. - Excellent relationship management skills. - In-depth knowledge of the IT hiring landscape. - Familiarity with various IT roles and industry requirements. - Ability to match profiles to job descriptions and manage the recruitment cycle. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to travel as needed. - Based in Mumbai or Pune preferred.
