Job Opening: Placement Officer (Female)
Location: Noida, Sector-58
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience: Minimum 4+ Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Notice Period: Maximum 15 Days (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Placement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and networking skills, with strong connections in MNCs and reputed companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners for student placements.
  • Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and campus hiring events.
  • Achieve placement targets within specified timelines.
  • Guide and support students throughout the placement process.
  • Maintain placement records and prepare regular reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidate with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong industry contacts with MNCs and leading organizations.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and confident personality.
  • Able to join immediately or within 15 days.
