Younus College of Engineering and Technology (YCET) was established in 2002 by the Fathima Memorial Educational Trust in Kollam. It is the first self-financing college in Kollam to be recognized by AICTE, the Government of Kerala, and is affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. Notably, YCET is also the first self-financing college in Kollam to receive accreditation from NAAC.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer located in Quilon. The Placement Officer will be responsible for managing campus placements, providing career counseling, coordinating training sessions, and liaising with companies to secure job opportunities for students. The role involves preparing students for interviews, organizing placement drives, and maintaining placement records.

• Experience in Training and Education
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
• Previous experience in an educational institution is a plus
