Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer located in Chennai. The Placement Officer will be responsible for managing campus placements, maintaining relationships with industry partners, and organizing career counseling and training sessions for students. The officer will work closely with students to align their career aspirations with suitable job opportunities and ensure successful placement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing campus placements and building industry connections
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in career counseling and providing guidance to students
• Experience in organizing and conducting training programs
• Background in education, specifically in logistics and supply chain management, is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
