Experience of handling placements in colleges and mobilizing youth from colleges.
Have handled bulk placements and should be efficient in handling big numbers.
Arrange job fair / placement drives / campus recruitment youth as well as market need.
Build strong relationships with employers and education institutions / colleges ensuring effective referral, placement and monitoring systems are in place for youth.
Support youth during their self-development and skills training ensuring trainees are placed in positive outcomes and placements are successful.
English speaking is mandatory along with know-how of both Hindi and Marathi language.
Travel and mobile is additional.
