Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Placement Officer. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, communicating with potential employers, providing career counseling, and delivering training sessions to students. The role involves developing strategies to enhance the employability of students and maintaining relationships with industry partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with Campus Placement and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills
• Training and Education skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students and employers
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative staff
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
