Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Placement & Job Coordination:

  • Identify relevant job openings as well as internship opportunities in top IT/Tech companies for Fullstack Development / Data Analytics / Data Science etc. trained candidates from IT /non IT graduates.
  • Mentor candidates from an industry point of view around career goals, guide them through interview process, conduct soft skills sessions, technical tests and mock interviews to prepare candidates for placement process and ensuring smooth placement outcome.
  • Maintain a high placement success rate, aiming to place maximum eligible candidates.

2. Industry Partnerships & B2B Sales:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters and HR heads companies looking for IT professionals.
  • Secure paid partnerships with companies to supply them with skilled Python, SQL, Data Analytics, Data Science, Fullstack Development, Web Development etc. specialist candidates.
  • Negotiate commission-based hiring agreements where companies pay for successful candidate placements.
  • Establish long-term B2B collaborations with IT firms, startups and recruitment agencies.

3. Market Research & Outreach:

  • Identify companies with ongoing IT hiring needs and approach them proactively
  • Leverage job portals and recruitment networks to source job opportunities.
  • Build a strong database of partner companies for future placement cycles.
  • Arrange seminars, placement drives as per requirement
  • Willingness to visit various colleges or even visit companies as per professional requirements.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate records of job openings, interview progress and placement success rates.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on placement metrics and partnership status.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or Masters degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 2+ years of

    experience of student placements from Any Edutech or IT Training institute will be an added advantage

    . B2B Sales, IT Training and Placement, Business Development.

(Preferably in IT Education/EdTech or IT staffing).

  • Strong understanding of IT hiring trends especially in Data Science, Data Analytics, Fullstack Development technologies
  • Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of placing candidates in top companies or securing hiring partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.
  • Experience using job portals and CRM tools for candidate and client management.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
