Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Professional Qualification with 3 - 5 years of experience in relevant discipline from a recognized University/ Institute. Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of employers to secure student internship and placement opportunities. Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs and networking events. Develop marketing materials and strategies to enhance the visibility of the university's placement services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Experience in higher education or working with college students. Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies for career services.
